TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 oF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Mugo and (2) Lawrence John Mbogo Mugo, both of P.O. Box 938-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mugo Mbogo, who died at Our Lady’s Hospice, Thigio, on 20th February, 2016. 6th September, 2024 CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2024 By (1) James Mugo Njuguna and (2) Timothy Kamau Waire, both of P.O. Box 249-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waire Kimugo alias Waire Mugo, who died at Nyondia Sokoni Sub-location, on 30th October, 1991. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2024 By (1) Josephine Thithi Kamau, (2) Samuel Nganga Kamau and (3) James Matiru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 11-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Njugi, who died at Kinamba, on 6th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
