TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: : otn September, ZU24 THE KENYA GAZEVIE 3513 CAUSE No. E51 OF 2024 By Jane Kanyata Micheni, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Micheni Maingi, who died at Mutarakwa Sub-location, on 8th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E92 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel David Mwirigi and (2) Anthony Kiriinya Mwongera, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritha Kathure M. Naituore, who died at Kiirua Location, on 18th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
