TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2021 By Josphine Simbii Ngui, of P.O. Box 1-90402, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Ngui Nzuku, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2024 By Chema Kieti Makau, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isika Makau, who died at Kitui, on 4th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
