E42 OF 2024 By John Mwaura Njuguna, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Nyaruiru Gakonde, who died at Junction Ashylns, Basildon, on 9th September, 2011. CAUSE NO, E87 OF 2024 By (1) Nelson Chege Gatitu and (2) Sarah Wanjiru Gatitu, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wairimu Gatitu, who died at Nairobi Women Hospital, Rongai, on 29th February, 2024. CAUSE No. E123 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Njuguna Gachanja and (2) Samuel Njuguna Gachanja, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Nduthu Gachanja, who died at St. Matia Mulumba, on 28th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
