TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By (1) John Kipkorir Molel and (2) Christine Chelangat Mugung, both of P.O. Box 34, Amalo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimibei arap Mugung alias Kipkorir arap Mugo, who died at Enelerai, on 15th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
