TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2024 By (1) Benson Nyauncho Nyatogo and (2) Francis Mumbo Kingoina, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Astarico Nyatogo Omenda alias Arstariko Nyatogo Omenda, who died at Rusinga, on 17th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2024 By Charles Mong’are Obwoge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obwoge Ayiecha, who died at Nsicha, on 4th January, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
