Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athanas Nyakoe Mogere alias Nyakoe Mogere, who died on 20th October, 1985. CAUSE No. 199 OF 2024 By Gladys Monyangi Onsongo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogiri Mbeche, who died on 21st September, 1996. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2024 By Magret Bosire, of P.O. Box 85840200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Bosire Matara, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2024 By Jeremiah Ongeri Mogere, of P.O. Box 2088-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aligisiga Bosibori Mogere alias Bosibori Mogere, who died at Nyamwari Sub-location, on 8th April, 2004.
