TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Mugii Charo Kiringi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kiringi Simba, who died on 4th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kalume Thoya, (2) John Mitsandze Baya, (3) George Kasiwa Kalume, (4) Peter Kasena Baya, (5) Wanje Dickson Baya and (5) Rodgers Baya Thoya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Dama Thoya alias Dama Thoya Tha, who died on 23rd October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
