TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Purity Wangui Karanja, of P.O. Box 76, Marmanet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Karanja Kago, who died at Kihara Sub-District Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2015. CAUSE No. E44 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Muriithi Nderitu and (2) Veronica Njoki Nderitu, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecinta Nyambura Nderitu, who died at Rumuruti, on 21st April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
