TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2023 By (1) James Ndarathi Ngatia, (2) John Ngatia Ndarathi and (3) Mary Gathii Ndarathi, all of P.O. Box 421, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyawira Ndarathi, who died at Chokereria, Karunga, on 24th August, 2020. CAUSE No. E33 OF 2023 By (1) Isabella Wanjirua Wamururi and (2) Lydia Muthoni Wamururi, both of P.O. Box 13763-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wamururi Kabui, who died at J.M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
