TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By Grace Nyaroka M’Itiri, of P.O. Box 6760602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kaunyangi M’Itiri, who died at Athanja, on 23rd August, 2021. CAUSE No. E123 OF 2024 By Joanina Mwathathi M’Ceene, of P.O. Box 11-60607, Mikinduri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ncene Laru alias M’Ceene Laaru, who died at Anjuki, on 18th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
