TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E191 OF 2023 By (1) Michael Wambua Mbondo and (2) Mutune Wambua, both of P.O. Box 26, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzilani Koleo, who died at Kaluluini, on 22nd September, 2020. CAUSE No. E141 OF 2024 By (1) Florence Mumbua Mutuku and (2) Justus Mulandi Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 1, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Mbithe Mutuku, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
