E17 OF 2024 By Anastasia Ngusye Mutinda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of’ 3537" letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Mutuku ° Mutinda, who died at Biatra, on 30th September, 2023. CAUSE No. E27 OF 2024 By Eric Kimuli Mwendwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Ndinda Makau, who died at Kai, on 3rd July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By Mukethe Katua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katua Mailu, who died at, Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2017.
