E57 OF 2023 By Francis Abong’o Jagongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Jagongo Arowo alias Petro Jagongo alias Jagongo Aroo alias Petro Jagongo Aroo, who died on 6th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2024 By Henry Odhiambo Ongayo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Olweny Ondik alias Olweny Olweny, who died on 22nd May, 2012. CAUSE No. E329 oF 2024 By (1) James Collins Odhiambo Okaka and (2) David Owiti Okaka, both of P.O. Box 23, Paw Akuche in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Okaka Owiti, who died at Kit Mikayi, on 22nd October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
