TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Wanjiku Gachago and (2) Martin Machiri Gachago, both of P.O. Box 130-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachago Kagagi Machiri alias Gachago s/o Kagagi, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 24th January, 1997. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024 By (1) Nguru Muregi Wachira, (2) Johnson Wangombe Wangu and (3) Michael Wachira Nguru, all of P.O. Box 46671 —01000, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Wangu Nguru, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
