TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Carolyne Jerop Korir, of P.O. Box 1729, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Barasa Wangwe, who died on 2nd May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By (1) Makale Kana and (2) John Tatuli Mandila, both of P.O. Box 52, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robai Injede Kana alias Injete Kana, who died on 24th November, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
