E134 oF 2024 By (1) Timothy Nyakwamba Asowa and (2) George Elly Asowa, the deceased’s stepsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odero Ogola alias Odero s/o Ogola, who died on 12th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Rose Anyango Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Owino Salmon alias Elisha Owino Otinyo, who died on 2nd May, 2004. CAUSE NO. E148 oF 2024 By Jane Akinyi Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Omollo Otieno alias Jared Omolo Otieno, who died on 14th September, 2004. CAUSE No. E150: OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Otieno Opiyo and (2) Peter Opudo Opiyo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwayi s/o Omolo alias Malachi Gwayi Omolo, who died on 13th October, 1981.
