TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Joseph Mathenge Wamaguru, of P.O. Box 471, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Mathenge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 9th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By Agnes Wamucii Gichuki, of P.O. Box 60-10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Gichuki Hunja, who died at Ugachiku Sub-location, on 30th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
