TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By (1) Msiyakwe Abdallah Delle and (2) Hafswa Abdalla Dele, both of P.O. Box 82954-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdallah Khamis Mwashetani, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2024 By Ahmad Abdulraman Mohamed, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zubeda Mohamed Al-Amin, who died on 24th September, 2022. CAUSE No. E212 OF 2024 By (1) Leila Hussein Said and (2) Fatuma Hussein Said, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Said Mteta, who died at Mombasa, on 29th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
