TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: Se ; CAUSE No. E13 oF 2024 By (1) Jamascus Barasa Napunyi, (2) Titus Wanyonyi Mutekhele, (3) Benson Simiyu Napunyi and (4) Peter Wanyama Napunyi, the executors of the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate without will annexed to the estate of Ernest Napunyi Mutonyi, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya; on Ist April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
