TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: : CAUSE No. E54 OF 2024 By Florence Wanjiru Gachanja, of P.O. Box 88, Ruiru in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Muigai wa Gachanja, who died at Ruiru, on 15th January, 2024. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2024 By Veronica Gathira Wabugu, of P.O. Box 65952-00607, Kamiti Road in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wambugu Gathuni alias Dadid Wambugu Thuni, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
