TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E147 oF 2024 By Cecilia Wangari Wachira, of P.O. Box 16601-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Karoki & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Gitonga Wachira, late of Nairobi, who died there on 22nd July, 1983. CAUSE No. E237 OF 2024 By Beatrice Achieng, of P.O. Box 12, Kombewa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, through Messrs. Rachier & Amollo, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate to the estate of Millicent Kibb Atieno alias Atieno Millicent Kibb, late of Milan, who died there on 24th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
