TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Ngendo Nganda and (2) Isaac Chuhi Nganga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nganga Chuhi, who died on 24th October, 2012. CAUSE No. E264 OF 2024 By (1) Henry Mwaniki Munorw and (2) Salome Wangui Munoru, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Munoru Mangurio, who died on 22nd April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
