E143 oF 2023 By Rebo Mathew Gatura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatura Njoroge, who died at Mangu, on 26th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Naomi Wangari Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Munia Ngure, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By Doris Jane Wanjiru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Njenga, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
