CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Ferisita Wangari Thuo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalene Wanjiru Kimani alias Wanjiru Gakunywo, who died at Gatukuyu Sub-location, on 28th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Maina Maina and (2) Jane Njambi Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Muriuki Maina, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Mbatia Kanyua and (2) Rosemary Njeri Kiare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Wairagu Hungu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2018.
