TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2023 By Elias Mwindi Muthungu, of P.O. Box 78-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorothy Mwindi Muthungu, who died at Magumoni, on 17th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E99 oF 2024 By Justus Mutegi Ntiba, of P.O. Box 301-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntiba Mbuko, who died at Kiroo Sub-location, on 20th August, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
