TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 oF 2024 By Teresia Wanjiru Kotikot, of P.O. Box 1-20504, North Enkare in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Musei ole Kotikot alias Edward Memusi Kotikot alias Edward M. Kotikot, who died at AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 7th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By (1) Cecilia Silantoi Nkoyo and (2) Juliet Nairuko Nkoyo, both of P.O. Box 4—20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s aunts, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edmond Parseen Nkoyo, who died at Narok Town, on Sth July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
