Box 2494-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuvinalis Mokaya Abuki, who died on 3rd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Teresa Nyaboke Mageto, of P.O. Box 28907-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mageto, who died on 4th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2024 By James Mogire Kayuko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kayuko Omare alias Kayuko Omare, who died on 28th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2024 By John Michira Onchweri, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onchweri Onkoba, who died at Nyamware Sub-location, on 20th July, 1987. CAUSE No. E241 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Mogoi Sereti and (2) Kennedy Ogero Mokaya, both of P.O. Box 443, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mokaya Marita, who died on 5th July, 2022.
