TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: a . CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2024 By Thomas Obuya Marando, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Nyakemwa Marando, who died on 22nd January, 2021. CAUSE No. E175 OF 2024 By Wilkister Kemunto Gwaro, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwaro Mongare, who died on 5th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2024 By Wilfred Ombegi Onkendi, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatuma Onkendi, who died at Nyamwari, on 20th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2024 By (1) Abel Moranga Ochari and (2) Haron Oganda Onchiri, both of P.O. Box 1, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochari Onchiri, who died at Ritumbe, Kisii, on 12th June, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
