E142 OF 2024 By Edwina Awuor Ayemba’ tht'deéedsed’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Juma Ayiemba, who died at District Hospital, Yala in Kenya, on 17th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2024 By Victor Omondi Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Otieno Ayiemba alias Silvanus Otieno Ayemba, who died at Bama Hospital in Kenya, on 11th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in ‘this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
