TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2024 By Daniel Charo Ndurya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabunda Charo Ndurya alias Kibunda Charo, who died on 20th March, 1996. ; CAUSE NO. E99 oF 2024 By (1) Patience Katana Kitsao and (2) Edison Mwango Katana, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kitsao, who died on 25th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2024 By (1) Harrison Murabu Nzai and (2) Kitsao Hare Murabu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzai Mwatseka, who died at Chumani, on 20th March, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
