TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Thomas Michael Ackenhausen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wolfram Ackenhausen, who died on 20th September, 1998. CAUSE NO, E42 OF 2024 By (1) Catherine Nyokabi Githua and (2) Herman Rimi Githua, both of P.O. Box 156-80122, Kengeleni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Githua Rimi, who died at Mzizima, on 29th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
