E129 oF 2023 By Alfred Adongo Oriaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Oriaro Aboka alias Oriaro Aboka, who died on 26th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2024 By Elisha Amolo Okudo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okudo Olulo, who died at Kidero, on 6th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2024 By Nicholas Otieno Omondi, of P.O. Box 53, Kombewa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omondi Lalo, who died at Koker Kajulu, on 5th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
