TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E49 OF 2023 By (1) Mwikali Mudhami and (2) Matano Muthami, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Kea Mboga alias Alex Mboga, who died at Mbuyuni; Mariakani, on 7th May, 2022. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2024 ; teeta shy By Mumbo Chonie Bedzua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chome Tuji Mumbo, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 8th February, 2015. CAUSE No. E11 OF 2024 By (1) Saha Mukuzi Saha, (2) Kango Mkuzi Saha, (3) Daniel Mkuzi Saha and (4) Nicholas Tsama Mkuzi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkuzi Saha Mkauma, who died at Kaliang’ombe, on 29th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
