TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2024 By Moses Madahana Misigo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Nyagoha Kadukis alias Janet Nyagoha Kiduki, who died at Hamuyundi Sub- location, on 1st February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2024 By Herbert Kilaha Magovii, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Magovi Kilaha alias Johnson Magovi, who died at Magui Sub-location, on 14th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
