TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Naliaka Mureve, (2) Joseph Musinde Khuro and (3) Adijah Wilson Naliaka, all of P.O. Box 42, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rasto s/o Ambuluwa alias Rasto Ambulwa, who died at Tande Sub-location, on 17th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Reuben Lumbasi Makonjo, of P.O. Box 65, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Lumbasi alias Andrerw Tiya Lumbasi, who died at Lwandeti, on 11th January, 1992.
