TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Alfred Onyapidi Omusolo, of P.O. Box 14, Malakisi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emusolo Oruputo alias Emusolo Orupto, who died at Adanya Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1973. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2024 By Martin Okile, of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manuel Okile Oputo alias Manuel Oputo, who died at Apokor Sub- location, on 24th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
