TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2022 By Henry Ochangwa, of P.O. Box 261-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyatuka Otenyo, who died at Kanyimbo, Kisii, on 4th August, 1998, CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2022 By Lawrence Ongondo Okemwa, of P.O. Box 352-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clemensia Nyangweso Okemwa alias Nyangweso Okemwa, who died at Itumbe Location, on,28th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
