TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made 1c this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Hanif Amin Gilani, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Shamas Sadrudin Gitcai alias Shamas Sadrudin Manji Gilani, who died at Bandari, on 9th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By (1) Hanif Amin Gilani and (2) Salima Amin Shivji, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Amin Mohamed Sadrudin Gilani, who died at Surrey, England, on 2nd March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
