TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Wangui Ndung’u and (2) Martha Wanjiku Ndichu, both of P.O. Box 7092-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Nduta Kagiri, who died at Gikambura, on 12th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Waweru Njoroge and (2) Paul Boro Njau, both of P.O. Box 7092-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanene Njoroge alias Hannah Wambui Njoroge alias Wanene w/o Njoroge, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
