TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E133 OF 2024 By (1) Murtazaali Abdulhusein Ebrahimjee (2) Juzer Abdulhusein and (3) Hussein Abdulhussein Ebrahim, the excecutors of the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate Yunus Ebrahim Yusufali, who died at Old Town, Mombasa, on 6th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
