E195 OF 2024 By Ezekiel Odera Okwengu, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkodemo Mbeka Aoko alias Nicodemus Mbeka Aoko, who died at Nyalenda, on 11th November, 1987. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2024 By Agness Achieng Miyoma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ondiek Nyaori, who died on 29th December, 2021. CAUSE No. E277 OF 2024 By Pamela Aluoch Ajowi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Omolo Ngola alias Omolo Ngola, who died at Nightingale Medical Centre, on 8th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By Ismael Rayori Chuchu, of P.O. Box 89-40100, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Manyala Chuchu, who died at Jeramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
