TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: to CAUSE NO. E585 OF 2023 By (1) Stanley Kipkemboi Cheruiyott and (2) Ann Chepkoech, both of P.O. Box 2318-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei arap Soi, who died at Kiptulwa Sub-location, on 1st October, 2018 CAUSE No. E421 OF 2024 By Monica Wairimu Gitundu, of P.O. Box 218, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gitundu Kamau, who died at Njoro, on 25th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
