Box 3785-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Tum & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Busienei, who died at Kaplelach, on 14th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2024 By (1) Miriam Wangui Kiarii and (2) Timothy Ndiro Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 15, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wanjiru Kiarie, who died at Mwariki “B”, Nakuru, on 30th March, 2010. Box 4324-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kanja, who died at Langas, on 3rd June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Chepkoskei Michira and (2) Isaac Kipruto Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 1, Chepkorio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Kandie, who died at Flax Sub- location, on 28th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
