TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E218 OF 2024 By (1) Lois Mukwaiti Njiri and (2) Joseph Washington Mugo, both of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Githaiga Njiri s/o Njiri, who died at Langata, on 28th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Kariuki Kiboi and (2) Peter Thiongo Kiboi, both of P.O. Box 84, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboi Gathungu Mugecha alias Kiboi Gathungu, who died at Karangia Sub-location, on 24th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
