TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E50 OF 2024 By Millicent Nyambura Gachure, of P.O. Box 252, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gachure Kabugi, who died at Gakira, on 24th September, 2021. \ 31st October, 2024 CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2024 By (1) Herman Muraguri Macharia and (2) Mary Nyambura Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Kiriko, who died at Wanjerere, on 6th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
