E196 OF 2024 By Susan Wanja Kimani, of P.O. Box 87-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lloyd Mawira Mutegi, who died at Ndagani, on 23rd December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2024 By (1) Dinah Kaguthi Njeru and (2) Sammy Mwaura Njeru, both of P.O. Box 30, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Mutunga, who died at Komarock Mordern Healthcare, on 26th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
