E453 OF 2023 By (1) George Richard Rangala Nyalia and (2) Salmon Otieno Nyala, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Nyalia Ogenga alias Nashon Nyalia, who died at East Gem Location, on 19th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2024 By Agnes Akoth Onyango, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mlonga Agola, who died at Kadenge Sub-location, on 8th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E271 oF 2024 By (1) Victoria Auma Anyango and (2) Janepher Adhiambo Oganga, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration: intestate to the estate of Ochieng Mlonga, who died at Obambo Sub- location, on 11th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
