TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Munini Mutisya and (2) George Makau Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 51, liani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Makau Nthusi alias Mutiso Makau, who died at Wanzauni, on | 1th December, 2013. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2024 By Keli Musyimi, of P.O. Box 433-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyimi Mala, who died at Kalawani Sub-location, on 25th April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By (1) Munyiva Kasoleo Mutua and (2) Rose Mwikali Mutua, both of P.O. Box 2142, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzula Manthi Makau, who died at Muthetheni, Utithi, on 10th June, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
