TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court , in: CAUSE NO. 467 OF 2023 By Risper Bukusa Ramu, the decaesed’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeo Emoja alias Simeon Emoja Musamula, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 20th August, 1980. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2024 By Patrick Makenzi Anyoli, the decaesed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Anyoli Odiga alias Alfred Anyoli, who died at Koibarak Sub-location, on 22nd April, 1990. CAUSE NO, 342 OF 2023 By Isaac Martin Mwegai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Mwigai Alias Jonah Mwegai Musera, who died at Chambiti Sub-location, on the 23rd March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
